Unlocking Your VinGardeValise®

Unlocking your VinGardeValise® is easy to do.

Enter the 3-digit code that you set after first receiving your VinGardeValise.
Slide the button (which has the keyhole on it) to the right, toward the zippers as shown in the image below:

If the code was entered correctly, the zippers will pop out of the locks.

NOTE: The default code for all new suitcases is 0 0 0 (zero, zero, zero).

HELP! I forgot my code...

If you forget the custom code to the suitcase, the only way to unlock it is to try every code starting at 0 0 0 until you get to the correct code. (i.e. try 0 0 0, then 0 0 1, then 0 0 2, etc...) This process should take no longer than 30 minutes.
