Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on wineries, wine retailers, golf and country clubs, hospitality, and sports venues. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by these types of clients. This role involves building and maintaining relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
This opportunity starts as a commission-based position with the company, with future growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Target Clients: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services and how they meet the specific needs of customers and prospects.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wine industry, sports, recreation, or hospitality industry. Experience working with wineries, golf and country clubs or sports venues is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
