beautiful and sturdy case

This is my second 12 bottle suitcase and I am fortunate to say that I have NEVER lost a bottle of wine when using this suitcase. I've traveling to more than a dozen countries transporting the case full of wine on commuter jets and props, right through the biggest jumbo jets. While the outside can take a bit of a beating the construction of the case has protected every bottle of wine that I've transported. Highly recommend this suitcase.

Tremendous customer support

I got in touch with the company when my luggage was severely damaged by the airline and they quickly resolved the issue for me to my complete satisfaction. Add the fact that even though the luggage sustained severe damage, the wine bottles were safe upon arrival. Very well designed luggage, and I recommend it to anyone looking to transport bottles of wine as checked baggage.

We just returned from a wine trip to Chile and filled our suitcase with incredible bottles and no fear of breakage. This is my 3rd VinGarde, I also have two 5 bottle cases, and all three deliver my wines safely to their destinations. If you love wine and travel, you must procure a VinGarde wine suitcase.

We were one of the first to jump on buying the wine Valise as we need to transport wine between several countries and we make a bit of wine in Napa for social use. Superior Customer Service!

I cannot comment enough how amazing the customer services at this company. We have had the 12 bottle case since 2020 and have used it on multiple international trips. Unfortunately, when we went to go use it the last time I noticed that the stitching was coming unraveled and the lock mechanism was not releasing. I sent an email first thing this morning. Received a response back from Lori almost immediately. After sending a few pictures, my replacement is on its way! This type of customer service is very rare with companies any longer. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who is looking for a wine suitcase.
