Warranty
VinGardeValise® wine and spirits luggage are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship that impact the normal, functional use of your luggage. When a covered issue occurs, we will provide replacement parts or replace your luggage with an equivalent product at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the warranty conditions.
What’s Covered:
- The warranty covers our collection of wine and spirits luggage, marketed specifically under the following brand names:
- Grande 12-Bottle
- Petite 8-Bottle
- Piccolo 5-Bottle
- VinAluminum 12-Bottle
What’s Not Covered:
- Abusive damage from airlines, transit carriers, and/or baggage handlers
- Normal wear and tear to the shell such as scratches, dents, and scuffs
- Cosmetic damage to the appearance of the luggage
- Damage resulting from the misuse or mishandling of luggage
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Damage resulting from action taken to maintain or fix luggage without first contacting the customer service team in writing and receiving a written response
- Damage resulting from action taken to open the lock and/or luggage without first contacting the customer service team in writing and receiving a written response
- Damage to the personal contents inside the luggage, including but not limited to clothing, shoes, electronics, jewelry, wine, spirits, and glassware
- Loss of functionality due to being locked out of luggage
- Damage caused by an “Act of God” or causes beyond reasonable control of VinGardeValise®
Warranty Application:
- The warranty narrowly extends to the original purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient
- The warranty is valid only for the period is owned by the original purchaser or gift recipient
- The warranty is not transferrable
Warranty Requirements: To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Complete a warranty registration form

Email our customer support team ( info@forstervgv.com ) with the following:
- If the suitcase was received as a gift, simply indicate “Received as a Gift” and provide the full name and email address of the gifter, as well as the date the suitcase was received.
- The serial number can be found on the sticker located inside your case under the foam inserts & liner. The serial number is listed below the bar code on the sticker.
- proof of purchase
- pictures of the damage incurred
- serial number
- any additional information and/or pictures requested by the customer service team
- Failure to contact customer service in writing voids warranty
Repair:
- The warranty provides for replacement parts. The customer is not responsible for the cost of replacement parts necessitated by a covered issue, but is responsible to pay for shipping, including all applicable taxes and duties.

The warranty covers the following replacement parts:
- spinner wheels (except Grande V01 and V02)*
- zipper pulls (that fit inside the TSA lock)

TSA lock
-
corner protector guards
-
handles (top, side and bottom)
- strap guides
*Grande V01 and V02 used removable wheels which are no longer produced and have been discontinued. Replacement wheels for these cases are not available.
- Customers should reach out a minimum of 2-3 weeks prior to travel when requesting replacement parts. Our replacement part orders are subject to standard shipping and processing times. The customer may elect to expedite shipping at their expense.
- VinGardeValise® is not obligated to replace non-defective or undamaged parts to ensure cosmetic uniformity (example: if one wheel is defective or damaged, only the defective or damaged wheel will be replaced).
Replacement:
- When the warranty provides for replacement luggage, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping, including all applicable taxes and duties.
- If replacement is warranted, we may require the customer to ship the damaged luggage to us. In this event, we will supply the customer with a prepaid shipping label for the return. Failure to fulfill the return request will void the warranty.
- The warranty provides for replacement luggage when a covered issue affects:
- shell
- interior belting
- telescopic retractable handle
- Customers should reach out a minimum of 2-3 weeks prior to travel when requesting replacement luggage. Our replacement orders are subject to standard shipping and processing times. The customer may elect to expedite shipping at their expense.
Warranty Claim Limits:
- VinGardeValise® reserves the right to deny warranty claims due to fraud, abuse or misuse.
- VinGardeValise® reserves the right to invalidate warranty coverage due to fraud, abuse of misuse.
- VinGardeValise® reserves the right to limit the number of claims per customer or per product.
- VinGardeValise® reserves the right to deny warranty claims or invalidate warranty coverage due to abusive or offensive language used by the customer in written or verbal interactions with our customer service team.
