Vin2Go Wine & Class Case

The case is heavier than I expected. The insert is not flexible so certain shape bottles don’t fit well. I contacted customer service to return but have not received a response. I have sent a second request.

It was bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter but didn’t arrive in time so it became a New Year present. I added two bottles of wine and she is very happy with the case. Excellent quality. Would definitely recommend.
