Personalized Luggage Nameplate

Tag is good quality, easy to attach. Website offering the nameplate asks if you want it in black or silver. We wanted black writing on a silver background so we ordered black. We got a black plate with silver writing. Not going to order another plate and shipping so will live with the plate we ordered.

Update - When VinGardeValise received my review they reached out and advised they are correcting the error and shipping a new nameplate. The review request was for the nameplate, but now I feel the need to leave a more sweeping review. The suitcase is phenomenal and we've used it a lot. Our case has been to Hawaii, Mexico, and France. It goes with us everywhere and really protects our wine, and allows us to easily bring wine home from trips. The most exceptional part though might be the customer service. The suitcase has a lifetime warranty. After our last trip our case has a crack in one corner. I sent photos and without discussion or questions the just shipped another.
